Is there any natural way to ease the pain of a UTI?

  • asked on Thu, 31 Mar, 2011
I am going to the doc later, but I am positive I have a UTI (blood on tissue [not my period], pain [burning] when urinating, etc.) and I don't want to take tylenol or anything. Any natural ways to get my mind off of that burning sensation down there/
  • Darlink replied on Thu, 31 Mar, 2011
You could try to take a warm bath. Sometimes lying in the warm water for 15 - 20 minutes can help to relax your bladder, which may in turn relax the urinary tract itself. Be sure, though, not to use bubbles, soap, or any other substances in the water as this may aggravate your condition. I hope you start feeling better :)
